Find the room and booking pattern that suit your practice, from a regular weekly base to occasional hourly appointments.
We are at 11 Kings Parade, directly opposite the main entrance to Kings College.
Our seven consultation rooms are on the second floor, with three specialist suites on the first floor.
Opening hours: 7am–10pm, seven days a week, by appointment only.
Regular weekly bookings include Collective membership. All ad-hoc bookings are for Collective members and are subject to availability.

Member Pass hours are valid for one month from purchase and are subject to availability. Regular blocks secure your recurring weekly time.

Member Pass
Cambridge Therapy Collective members can purchase a 4-hour pass for £40, reducing the rate to £10 per hour.
Passes are valid for one month from purchase and may be used across eligible Pay As You Book rooms, subject to availability.
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled, in which case the credit is returned to the pass for use before its expiry date.
Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and do not reserve a recurring weekly slot.

Please discuss your intended use, equipment needs and participant numbers with us before booking a suite.
REGULAR WEEKLY BOOKINGS
Secure the same room and time each week, with Cambridge Therapy Collective membership included.
The regular prices above are per booked period. Fees are annualised and invoiced monthly.
Two calendar months’ notice is required to reduce, change or end a regular booking.

Pay as you Book
“Pay as you Book” bookings are exclusively for Cambridge Therapy Collective members and must be paid for at the time of booking.
BOOKING AHEAD
Blue Room: Up to 7 days ahead.
All other rooms and suites: Up to one calendar month ahead.
All bookings are subject to availability. Rooms with regular bookings are available for “Pay as you Book” around those commitments.
CANCELLATIONS
Blue Room: At least 24 hours’ notice.
Purple Room: At least 48 hours’ notice.
All other rooms and suites: At least 72 hours’ notice.
Later cancellations remain payable.
YOUR BOOKED TIME
Please include preparation, client arrival, note-taking and clearing away within your booking. Minimum booking periods apply where stated.
COLLECTIVE MEMBERSHIP
£175 per year, including £175 of room-booking credit.
Credit can be used across our rooms during your 12-month membership year. Regular practitioners receive membership as part of their room agreement.
Membership includes onboarding, access to our booking system and opportunities to connect with other practitioners. Visit Join the Collective for the full membership benefits.
USING YOUR CREDIT
Credit expires at the end of your membership year. It is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Late cancellations are charged as normal and use available credit.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Rooms may be used only for the agreed professional purpose. Practitioners must hold appropriate registration, insurance and professional indemnity cover.
Capacity and permitted uses vary by space; please check the individual room page and discuss any specific requirements with us.
Priority is given to regular practitioners. Bespoke and full-day arrangements are subject to availability.
All bookings are subject to the Cambridge Therapy Rooms licence terms.
